Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing of your personal information. This page explains how to exercise those choices with QuantRidge.
Access & portability
Request a copy of personal information we hold about you, or export data from your account where the product supports it.
Correction
Update profile details in the app, or contact us to correct inaccurate information we maintain.
Deletion
Request account deletion. We remove or anonymize data subject to legal retention and backup requirements.
Opt-out of sale/sharing
QuantRidge does not sell your personal information for monetary consideration. See our CCPA notice for California rights.
How to submit a request
Email support@quantridge.net from the address associated with your account. Include your name and the type of request (access, correction, deletion, or restriction). We may verify your identity before fulfilling requests.
You can also use our contact form for general privacy inquiries.
Marketing communications
Unsubscribe from promotional emails using the link in any marketing message. Transactional emails (billing, security alerts, product updates required for your account) may still be sent.
